Poker Tracker Players
Let me give this scenario first, you have bought 3 or 4 (physical) books on poker, studied them at length, you have practiced quite a lot online, yet when it comes to online tourneys in your favorite site, you've noticed that you could not finish in the top 20%. Why is this so: I'll give you two (actually related) possible reasons: first, those 20 percent- almost all of them are Poker Tracker players, and second reason, you are not.
These Poker Tracker players, what do they enjoy(?)- they could go back to each move they have done, they could check on every error they have made. This could be done if you have either of the two: a superhuman memory, or a Poker Tracker, let us stick to the latter.
Poker Tracker players are able to use hand histories to record all moves made in the game, and how are they stored? These data are captured through files (hard drive) or via emails.
Just as important, Poker Tracker players are able to study the styles of the opposition, and going back to the first paragraph, the reason you (if ever) keep on landing at that 80% is that these players have studied your statistics/style very meticulously.Social Bookmarking
