Poker Tracker players are able to use hand histories to record all moves made in the game, and how are they stored? These data are captured through files (hard drive) or via emails. Just as important, Poker Tracker players are able to study the styles of the opposition, and going back to the first paragraph, the reason you (if ever) keep on landing at that 80% is that these players have studied your statistics/style very meticulously.
